  1. I already have a normal workout routine in place with the gym and my treadmill at home, but I really need to incorporate yoga and stretching in. I walk a lot and my legs and feet by the end of the day are sore so I am going to start incorporating 20 minutes of relaxing yoga at the end of the day for the rest of this month and see how it feels! I know my body needs it!

  3. This one was a really good one for me. With work being so busy, I have barely had time to make it to the gym, which isn’t like me. But I made an attainable goal of 3 times a week during this busy season. Mondays and Fridays will be full body with the focus of deadlifts and squats, Wednesday will be cardio (which I hate but I need) and Sunday will be an active rest day – so yoga and walks. Both my mind and body need this routine!

  4. Matt and I just opened gym memberships last week and have been switching off days. He’ll watch the babe when I go, and I’ll take her when he goes. Also helps us hold one another accountable. I aim to get some type of yoga practice/movement in 3 times a week, pending time I may bump that up to 4!

    1. That is awesome Lauren! Having someone to hold you accountable to get to the gym is so important, especially in the winter when leaving your warm house is difficult. Can’t wait to hear how your yoga practice is coming along as well!
