    “One of the secrets of a happy life is continuous small treats”. I love this one. Since my boyfriend decided to do the self care month with us ladies (lol) I sent him a picture of this smile card and it fits so perfectly. Since we do not have much money to be doing these big things or weekly dates that involve spending lots of money, we just do small things like make breakfast or dinner together, go for walks, small gestures like starting the cars or leaving little notes. Those small things have brought us so much happiness this past month. If you appreciate the small things, you will have the most fulfilling life.

    “The surest way to be happy is to seek happiness for others” I read this first thing this morning and I thought it said FROM others and was thinking I really want to find happiness from my self and not rely on others. Now that I’ve had my coffee and see it is for others, I love that. Not only wanting happiness for myself but for others around me ❤️

      Sometimes part of the happiness equation for yourself is being able to share that feeling of joy and fulfilment with others. That is why it is always important to be kind, support the people in your life, and be honest with them when you see they may be straying from what will truly make them happy.

    Didn’t know I needed this until I read it. My chest immediately felt pressure release. I’ve been holding onto some pain and hate in my heart for far too long. At the start of this challenge I told myself that one of my goals is to let go of that hate. How freaking wild that a few days later, I get this message. The universe is a wild ride ladies.
