What are 3 things you hope to accomplish from this self care month?

  1. 1. Allowing myself to be confident instead of scared I am coming across as “too much”
    2. A consistent work out and bed time routine, and sticking with it for more than a month
    3. Creating more time for reading every. single. day.

    2. Carving out time daily for me time.
    3. Connecting more with friends and family.

  3. 1. Learn to take moments to relax during the work day and realize my mental health is more important than my job.
    2. Learn to be more present.
    3. Learn to build myself up when I am feeling down or feeling like I am not enough. I am enough.
