Create your favorite dish vegan style

Do you ever feel like you’re eating the same things every single week? Are you always eating some variation of chicken, rice and vegetables? Today I challenge you to step outside of the box and create a dish that you love, but leave the meat behind! Pushing yourself to create a vegan dish can help you branch out from your routine and learn how to supplement protein without eating meat.

These days, during my week I make sure to plan at least one vegan dinner. It can be challenging to find something different every week, but once I make that delicious recipe, I am happy that I stepped out of my box.
