Start or end your day with 15 minutes of yoga

I honestly didn’t know what I was missing until I tried yoga. Spending 15 minutes, at least 3 times a week, stretching my body has been everything my back needed.. and my mind. Focusing on my breathing has helped immensely with my anxiety. Allowing myself to just relax and reconnect with my mind and body a little bit each week has helped me with the way I react to what is happening in my everyday life. It has made me aware of taking shallow breaths, and the powers a true deep breath holds. I encourage you to add a little yoga to your weekly routine and experience some of the many benefits!
