Dance for 10 minutes. Movement is good for the soul

Dance alone, dance in your car, dance with your friends! Don’t worry about where it is or who is watching.. Just dance!

Dancing is so good for the soul. I dance in my car on the way to work, on my way home from work, cleaning the house, making dinner.. but I still don’t feel like I dance enough! I had a lot of fun making time to listen to my music and just dance today! I like to put this challenge on the calendar every month to remind myself, and others, that you can find the time to really dance if you remember that it’s something you’re missing! I will continue to incorporate dancing into my weekly routine.
